Lend a Hand Services is a Home Health Care Agency started over 18 years ago in Central Ohio to offer care with a sincere heart for our clients and employees.  Lend A Hand Services’ main office is located in Worthington, Ohio while serving clients in Central Ohio and the surrounding counties.

Lend A Hand provides Homemaker Personal Care services for individuals with developmental disabilities on the Medicaid Level One and I/O waivers. Our services and expertise also assist clients with their mental health, addiction, and autism needs. Additionally, Lend A Hand assists individuals who are in a housing crisis or need a new place to call home.

Training

A Hand strives to learn and improve every day within our company of care. We train staff with each individual and tailor their services to meet their needs and find ways to empower our clients. Our staff are trained consistently, with yearly Ohio DSP requirements as well and client specific training whenever necessary.

Excellent Care

 Lend A Hand Offers the BEST services possible with enthusiasm and compassion.  Our services, referrals, and/or coordination with other specialists are incredibly invaluable while always promoting the clients’ independence as we assist in their needs.

Outcomes

Everyone has goals, and that includes our clients! We work together with our clients to establish goals that would improve their quality of life. These goals are promoted consistently with the clients to help increase their happiness, wellbeing and achievements in their lives.
