At Lend A Hand Services, we offer a variety of roles for individuals who are passionate about making a difference. Whether you’re working directly with those we serve or supporting operations behind the scenes, every role plays an important part in our mission.

We are always looking for team members for the following roles:

• Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) – Provide hands-on support to individuals, helping with daily living, community involvement, and skill-building
• Office & Administrative Support – Assist with scheduling, coordination, and day-to-day operations that keep our team running smoothly
• Supervisors / Team Leads – Provide guidance, oversight, and support to staff and clients
• On-Call & Float Staff – Flexible roles supporting coverage and consistency of care
